Sinksy is operated in the Nordics. For support, contact info@sinksy.eu. We primarily serve Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, and the Baltics.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in EUR (or local equivalent) and include VAT. We accept major credit cards and regional providers via Stripe. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Delivery to Nordics takes 3-5 days. For transport damage, notify us within 48 hours with photographic proof.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Under EU law, you have 14 days to return unopened products. Used or opened tungsten weights cannot be returned due to the precision nature of the coatings.

5. Warranty & Complaints

Our 97% pure tungsten is designed for high performance. We honor statutory complaint rights in accordance with EU regulations. Warranty excludes loss of weights due to snags.

6. Environmental Compliance

All products are 100% Lead-Free and REACH compliant. By using Sinksy, you are helping protect Nordic wildlife and ecosystems.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes can be referred to local consumer authorities or the EU ODR platform.
