- All consumer orders are shipped via Tracked Packet or Omniva Parcel Machine.
- We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days, and we guarantee dispatch within 3 business days.
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- We currently ship across the European Union, United Kingdom and United States.

Returns & Exchanges
- You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sinksy.eu with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once returned goods are received and inspected.
For Wholesale Customers

- Wholesale orders are shipped using a designated courier service.
- We aim to dispatch wholesale orders within 2 business days, with a guaranteed dispatch time of 3 business days.

Returns
